Local Authority – North East (Fully Remote)
3 Days per Week | 3-Month Rolling Contract | ASAP Start
An established Local Authority in the North East is seeking an experienced Locum Planning & Highways Solicitor to join their Legal Services team on a part-time, fully remote basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on all matters relating local authority planning, highways law, rights of way, section agreements, and enforcement.
Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents including S.106, S.38, and S.278 agreements.
Support the Planning and Highways teams with case management and general legal guidance.
Handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
