About the Role:
- Sellick Partnership is looking for an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a competent local authority on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly respected team.
Key Responsibilities of an Adult Social Care Lawyer include:
- Court of Protection (COP)
- Ordinary Residence matters
- Advising on the Mental Health Act
- Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)
Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Adult Social Care Lawyer:
- Previous experience working in Adult Social Care
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
