Position: Locum Housing Litigation Paralegal
Organisation: Midlands based Local Authority
Duration: 3 months initial contract with the likelihood of further extension
Working Pattern: Full time
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working, with office attendance 1-2 times a week
Hourly Rate: Up to £30 per hour Umbrella
 
This position requires a candidate who is confident in handling Housing Litigation matters and previous experience in the Public Sector.
 
Duties may include:
•              Undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Housing Litigation with a main focus on ASB, Housing Management, Injunctions and Possessions
•              Liaise and work collaboratively with other legal representatives as well as providing guidance to other staff
•              To prepare and manage a varied caseload in relation to Housing Management and support case preparation for court
