Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – Fully Remote – £55 per hour – Part Time (25–30 hours per week) – Initial 3+ Months
 
Venn Group’s specialist legal team is currently working with a well-regarded Local Authority to recruit a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer on a fully remote, part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join a dynamic legal team and manage a varied commercial property caseload.
 
The Role:
Position: Locum Commercial Property Lawyer
Rate: £55 per hour (umbrella)
Duration: Initial 3+ months, with potential for extension
Location: Fully remote
Hours: Part time, 25–30 hours per week
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of general commercial property matters
• Manage leases, licences, and related transactional work
• Deal with some more complex commercial property matters as required
• Provide clear, effective advice to colleagues and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory duties and obligations

 
About You:

• An experienced Commercial Property Lawyer
• Previous Local Government or wider Public Sector experience is highly desirable
• Confident managing a varied caseload independently in a remote setting
