We are working with a local authority's growing legal team in the North East of England who are looking for an experienced locum commercial property solicitor to join their team!

The role would require office presence once a week for signing and sealing, the rest of the the position is fully remote.

The role:

• Full time hours
• 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
• Hybrid working arrangement (once a week in the office for sealing documents)
• Rate: £50-60ph depending on candidate experience
• Must have prior and extensive local authority experience
• Must have experience with landlord and tenant, disposals, and lease extensions.
