Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a district council based in the West Midlands of England whose expanding legal team are seeking to hire an interim planning and highways solicitor on a 6 month rolling contract, whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

 

Candidates must be available to start on full-time hours within the next 4 weeks,

This is a fully remote position, although office attendance would always be welcomed,

 

The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience working within a local authority setting,

- Have extensive experience with complex s106s, appeals, and enforcement,
- Be able to draft s278 and s38 agreements autonomously,

- Be willing and able to supervise more junior members of staff.
