Job Description:

Contracts & Procurement Solicitor

Kensington, London (Local Authority role)
Initial 3-6 month contract
Rate: Umbrella, negotiable
 
36 hours per week
 
Can be fully remote, however of course welcome to attend our offices in Kensington or Westminster if preferred.

It is essential that the candidate possess a good working knowledge of the public procurement regime (both PCR 2015 and PA2023), and has broad public sector experience of reviewing and drafting legal implications on governance reports.
The candidate will take on a mixed caseload of various commercial matters including construction contracts (mainly JCT 2016/2024 suite), grant agreements, services contracts all regulated under PCR/PA.
