Role Overview

You’ll be handling a varied adult social care caseload, which may include:

• Mental Capacity Act matters

• Court of Protection work

• Community Care

• Ordinary residence and funding disputes

• Adult safeguarding issues

• Providing clear legal advice to social care teams

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX Lawyer

• Strong experience in Adult Social Care law within a local authority setting

• Ability to manage your own caseload independently

• Available to start within the next four weeks
