£42,839 – £45,091 per annum
The Solicitor will be responsible for handling a broad legal caseload which will include Litigation in the County Court, Magistrate Court, Crown Court and High Court. You must have experience in the field of Contracts, Licensing and Environmental Health, Planning and Housing. Experience of Procurement and Data Protection and Freedom of Information Law is desirable.
You must be a qualified Solicitor and a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority. You must also have sound experience of Conveyancing work, the ability to work to a high degree of accuracy including on sensitive matters, to deadlines, at times with minimal supervision. The role will require you to work with colleagues at all levels therefore you must have good communication and customer service skills and computer skills along with the ability to work under pressure.
