Job Description:

Litigation Locum

We are seeking a qualified lawyer to support our Local Authority client in a varied role that will include the management of a caseload of County Court matters, including: rent possessions, debt recovery, landlord and tenant and personal injury matters. There may be scope to take on a wider remit of criminal prosecutions and SEN tribunal casework.

Our client is seeking support for an initial 3 months with potential for further extension. Hybrid or fully remote working will be considered.
