My client is a local authority in the Warwick area that is seeking a property law specialist to join their in-house legal services team on an interim basis. This role provides a lot of autonomy and is suitable for property solicitors with considerable experience and confidence in their chosen area of the law.

The current vacancy lies within the Legal Services Team and is for a lawyer specialising in commercial property transactions. Applicants must be adaptable and self-motivated lawyers for this role, with experience in commercial property work. Additional experience in some standard residential transactions would be beneficial, but these can be picked up whilst in post.

The role is to cover a varied caseload, which will include:

  • Commercial Leases
  • Community Leases
  • Assets of Community Value
  • Right to Buy sales and buy-backs
  • Property Purchases
  • Property disposals

To apply, please contact Kate Jasper in our Manchester office!
