Venn Group are seeking a Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a local authority in Yorkshire due to an influx in work.
 
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister and have relevant operational experience in Adult Social Care matters and Court of Protection applications, and experience as an advocate in Court of Protection.
 
Main Responsibilities:

• Handling a full caseload of Adult Social Care files
• Dealing with Court of Protection, Deprivation of Liberty and Mental Health matters
• Handling Ordinary Residence issues
• Providing general advice

 
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months +
Working Arrangement: Full-time, 1-2 days per week in-office (can consider fully remote for exceptional candidates)
Rate: £60-65 per hour, umbrella
