Housing Litigation Lawyer

Full Time

East Anglia

Are you a housing lawyer wanting to work in a local authority setting? An Exciting opportunity has arisen for housing litigation lawyers to join an established local authority in the East Midlands on a locum basis for 3 months+ and on a full-time or part-time basis.

As a Housing Litigation Solicitor, you will handle a variety of matters, including possession, injunctions, homelessness, and some housing disrepair.

For the most part as a locum housing litigation lawyer you will be expected to:

  • Support the litigation team
  • Have a strong understanding and experience in a civil caseload
  • Work autonomously on housing matters, in particular; possession claims, injunctions and some disrepair matters

Our Client will consider newly qualified solicitors although it is beneficial but not entirely necessary to have an experienced background in a local authority setting.
