Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the North West of England whose expanding legal team are seeking to hire an interim senior planning solicitor on a 6 month rolling contract.

Full-time and part-time candidates will be equally considered, however all must be able to attend one planning committee each month - aside from that, the position can be offered as fully remote.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience working within a local authority setting,

- Have extensive experience with complex s106s, reports, appeals, and enforcement,

- Be willing and able to supervise more junior members of staff,

- Be able to attend a planning committee in person each month.
