Disrepair Legal Officer – Housing Association (North West)
Location: North West (fully remote!)

Vivid Resourcing are partnering with a well-established Housing Association in the North West who are seeking an experienced Disrepair Legal Officer to join their legal and compliance team on a 12-month contract, starting as soon as possible.
Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of housing disrepair and landlord/tenant law
Experience handling disrepair or housing litigation within a local authority or housing association setting
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
