Locum Residential Property Lawyer – South West – 3 months initial 

Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently recruiting for a Residential Property Lawyer to join a well-regarded Local Authority in the South West area on a locum basis.This is a full-time position for an initial duration of 6 months, subject to potential extension thereafter.

This position will involve handling a full property caseload with minimal supervision. Acquisitions will be freehold and leasehold and the postholder will be expected to deal with the full conveyancing process from initial contract to registration at the Land Registry. The successful candidate will be a qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive). Experience of working within the public sector or with public sector clients would be advantageous.

Office attendance is required, likely at least once per month to meet business needs. A daily rate of £320 via umbrella company is offered for this position.
