A well-regarded local authority in the south west region is seeking a Prosecutions Lawyer to join their Litigation team on a locum basis.

This is a remote working role that will require occasional court attendance as needed.

The successful Prosecutions Lawyer would ideally have previously worked in Local Government and be able to independently advise on a range of criminal litigation matters. This position also requires the candidate to be a Solicitor or Barrister with a current practising certificate.

Our client is seeking to fill this locum Prosecutions Lawyer vacancy as soon as possible, so applicants will ideally be able to start immediately or within a few weeks' notice.
