A local authority in the North West is seeking an experienced Locum Property and Regeneration Lawyer to join their legal team on a long-term contract basis.
This role offers hybrid working arrangements and an above-market hourly rate for the right candidate. Both public and private sector backgrounds will be considered.
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload including commercial property transactions, regeneration projects, development agreements, leases, and general property matters.
