Our client, a Local Authority in the Southeast, is seeking a Criminal Prosecutions Lawyer to join their legal services team on a locum basis for an anticipated minimum period of 6 months.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and friendly team. Our client is happy to consider a remote or hybrid working pattern and full or part-time hours will be considered.
Responsibilities of the Criminal Prosecutions Lawyer:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a caseload, which will include;
- Complex fraud cases
- Confiscation proceedings
- Consumer complaint prosecutions
- Planning & environmental enforcement prosecutions
- Highways enforcement notices & prosecutions
