Locum Childcare Lawyer – Yorkshire – Hybrid Working – Excellent Rates
Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority in Yorkshire who are seeking an experienced Locum Childcare Lawyer to join their Legal Services team.
This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work from home and attend court as required. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake their own advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a busy caseload of public law childcare matters
Conduct advocacy in court hearings
Advise and support social care teams on childcare law and procedure
Prepare legal documents, statements, and evidence bundles
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive (CILEx)
Recent experience handling childcare cases within a local authority
Strong advocacy skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and case management abilities
