Job description: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Locum Childcare Lawyer to join a Local Authority in Yorkshire in December. The client is looking for someone on a full-time basis for an initial 3 months with strong likelihood of further extension.
 
Main Responsibilities:

• Undertake a caseload of care proceedings, pre proceedings and PLO matters.
• Dealing with all aspects of the case
• Completing all the necessary paperwork and closing the files

Recent Childcare experience is essential, as they require a candidate that can hit the ground running. Travel for Court is essential and will be roughly once a week.
 
Candidates must have worked in a Local Authority. Candidates will need to be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
 
Hourly rate: £55ph - £60ph umbrella
