Initial 3-6 month contract
Rate: Negotiable, Indicate rate sought (Umbrella)
35 Hours per week
Office attendance 2 days per week preferred.
We are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer who can deal with lease and licence work across our 5 borough shared services with the exception of routine residential matters.
Must have 12 months experience in previous post undertaking commercial property matters.
(Not right to buy, lease extensions, residential management)
You should be able to demonstrate good experience of managing a workload relating to commercial property asset management e.g. sales, purchases, leases, licence etc, good understanding of land title matters and relevant legislation relating to property transactions.
Local Auth. Experience desirable.
