Job Description:

NQ / Junior Contracts and Information Governance Locum

Sellick Partnership is seeking a newly qualified or junior lawyer to assist our local authority client on an interim basis. The initial duration is expected to be 6 months with scope for extension.

This is a fantastic opportunity and a great first step into locum working as the successful applicant will be joining a very welcoming and supportive inhouse local authority team.

The role will assist both the commercial and information governance teams; therefore, the work will be interesting and varied.

Duties will include:

  • Draft and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including service level and framework agreements.
  • Draft policy documentation in relation to information governance.
  • Advice on subject access requests.
  • Provide general assistance to Team Managers as required.

This role would suit a newly qualified or junior lawyer. We are seeking a qualified solicitor, barrister or CILEx qualified lawyer.

This is a full-time, remote working role, though occasional office attendance would be advantageous.
