Vivid Resourcing are working with a local authority in the North West seeking an experienced Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to join their legal team on an interim basis.

Details:

• Location: North West (hybrid working)

• Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience

• Contract: Long term rolling 

• Hours: Full-time or part-time considered

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will manage a varied commercial property caseload, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of land and property

• Leases, licences, and property management matters

• Regeneration and development work

• Supporting wider corporate and infrastructure projects

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with relevant experience in commercial property

• Local government experience preferred but not essential

• Able to work independently and deliver clear, pragmatic advice
