About the Role:
- Sellick Partnership is looking for an Employment Lawyer to join a large local authority on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a competent and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities of an Employment Solicitor:
- Handling a variety of employment matters such as:
- Unfair Dismissals
- Discrimination
- Equal Pay Claims
- Advising HR on policy review
- Settlement Agreements
Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Employment Solicitor:
- Must be a qualified solicitor
- Previous experience handling employment matters and attending tribunals
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
- Ability to attend the office is desirable but not mandatory, remote working candidates will also be considered
