Civil Litigation Lawyer

London Local Authority

Locum Contract

Sellick Partnership is pleased to be recruiting for a locum Civil Litigation Lawyer on behalf of a well-established London Local Authority.

The council is offering an initial 3 month contract but has said this is likely to be extended on a rolling basis pending permanent recruitment. This role is full-time, and the successful candidate will ideally be able to attend the office once per fortnight.

This role will be the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to deal with a variety of civil litigation work, and has strong experience dealing with property litigation matters.

The Civil Litigation Lawyer will likely deal with the following:

  • Dilapidations
  • Lease extension disputes and negotiations
  • Contractual disputes
  • Debt recovery
  • Judicial review
  • Claims for disabilities

The successful candidate is required to be a fully qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx).
