Venn Group are seeking a Senior Locum Property Solicitor on behalf of a North West local authority.
 
This role will involve a varied caseload – Disposals, Leases, Surrenders, Acquisitions, SubLeases, Deed of Variation, Title Queries, property advice, Easements, Licence to Sublet, Termination of Leases, Consents, Break Notices etc.
 
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months +
Working Pattern: Full-time, 37 hours across 5 days
Working Arrangement: Remote with travel for first day and weekly/monthly meetings
Rate: £60 per hour, umbrella
