Locum Property Lawyer - November Start!
I'm currently working with a Local Authority in the North West who are looking for a locum property lawyer to join their friendly and supportive team!
Essential:
- Substantial experience in Local Government
- Substantial experience in property especially landlord and tenant work
- Ability to handle big ticket work
Desirable:
- Familiarity with IKEN Cloud
- Attendance at the office is a bonus but fully remotely working is available too
- Experience of dealing with section 106 planning agreements is a bonus but not essential
It would be a 3-month initial contract, with a view to extend and a potential to be a long-term assignment.
This could be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to make their move into the locum market but has a longer notice period.
