Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority's growing legal team in the North West of England who are looking to hire an adult-care solicitor on a 6 month rolling contract to cover a round of permanent recruitment,
This post will involve irregular in-person advocacy for non-contested hearings - the rest of the position can be done on a fully remote basis.
Some details of the assignment:
- Drafting s21As and s16s,
- Handling a full caseload of C-DOLS autonomously,
- Prior experience conducting your own advocacy will be required,
- Have prior experience working within a local authority setting.
