£42,839 - £54,495 per annum
A market supplement of 15% for 12 months is available to senior lawyers, who will be lawyers with substantial experience and knowledge in this area of law.
37 hours per week - part time work may be available
Based at City Hall, Bradford with the opportunity to work flexibly on a hybrid basis from home.
We are looking to recruit Education Lawyers with specific a focus on Special Educational Needs law to work in our friendly and supportive Education Employment and Litigation team.
The right candidates will:
- be either a solicitor, barrister or CILEX qualified and either have experience in Education Law and SEN law or can demonstrate a genuine interest in developing a specialism in these areas. The role could suit a lawyer who is looking for a new direction in their career.
- be open to developing their legal expertise in local government law and practices.

The immediate surrounding area includes the UNESCO World Heritage Site at Saltaire; Howarth and Bronte Country and the stunning Ilkley Moor from which the Yorkshire Dales National Park is only 6 miles away.
