Childcare Lawyer
Rate: £50-£55 per hour (umbrella)
Location: South West England
Working: Hybrid- one day in-office per week
About the Childcare Lawyer role:
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a locum Childcare Lawyer to join a local authority in the South West of England. The role will be for an initial 3 month period with the potential to be extended further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support services to clients
- Carry a caseload of predominantly public childcare proceedings
- Weekly duty days as well as covering legal planning meetings
- No advocacy required at the current time
It is essential that you have a background in working in the public sector or local government.
