Locum Housing Lawyer

Part-time or ad-hoc hours

Sellick Partnership is currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Locum Housing Lawyer to assist our client with a number of possession claims which range from straightforward rent arrears to more complex cases which may be subject to challenge under the Human Rights Act.

This is a fantastic opportunity to assist our client whilst also taking on some interesting case work.

This role would suit someone who can offer either part-time or ad-hoc hours for an initial period of 3-6 months with the possibility of extension.

The role requires occasional court attendance; however, the day-to-day responsibilities can be conducted remotely.

We are seeking a qualified Solicitor, barrister or CILEX lawyer with previous experience within housing law, specifically around possession cases. Experience of acting on behalf of a local authority or housing association is highly desirable.
