Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority's growing legal team in the West Midlands who are looking to hire a junior adult-care solicitor on a 3 month rolling contract to cover a round of permanent recruitment,

 

Candidates would be expected to conduct their own advocacy on an irregular basis, the rest of the role can be done on a fully remote basis.

 

 Some details of the assignment:

- Drafting s21As,

- Handling more general court of protection matters autonomously,

- Handle a caseload of COP-DOLS,

- Attend infrequent non-contested hearings,

- Have prior experience working within a local authority setting.
