Sellick Partnership are pleased to be working with a fantastic Council in London to recruit a part-time Childcare Lawyer to join their busy team on a locum basis.

The assignment will begin on an initial 6 month locum contract with a view for extension. The successful Childcare Lawyer will be working on a hybrid basis with a requirement to be in the office one day per week.

Our client is seeking a capable Childcare Lawyer who can hit the ground running and come on board as soon as possible to assist with a varied childcare caseload. You will be holding a caseload of care proceedings and pre-proceedings (PLO). Please note that advocacy is not required in this role.

This role is for 3 days per week, so will suit childcare lawyers who are looking for part-time hours.

The local authority is open to considering applications from Childcare Lawyers from both public and private sector backgrounds as long as relevant public childcare experience is demonstrated.
