Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer – Local Authority (Wales)
A Welsh local authority is seeking an experienced Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer to join their legal team on a 3-month rolling contract.
This is a varied role focusing on housing and property litigation matters, including tenancy, disrepair, ASB and possession work. You’ll be working alongside a supportive in-house team with the flexibility to manage your own caseload.

Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX Lawyer
Previous housing litigation experience within local government or similar environment
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
