Long term locum contract (covering maternity leave)
£55-60/hr (umbrella)
About the Role:
Sellick Partnership is looking for a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly local authority legal team. The role can be worked remotely for the majority of the time, but occasional office attendance would be required.
Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Property Lawyer:
- Dealing with sales and acquisitions
- Advising on Landlord and Tenant cases
- Dealing with leases and licenses
- Delivering on projects
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Commercial Property Lawyer:
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
- Previous experience handling commercial property work and ideally project work
