Planning Lawyer

London Local Authority

Locum Contract

Hybrid Working Arrangement

£50-60 per hour umbrella rate (DOE)

Sellick Partnership are pleased to be working with a reputable London based Local Authority to recruit an experienced Planning Lawyer to join their legal team. This position is available on an initial 3-month locum contract, but is likely to be extended on a rolling basis.

This role would be ideally suited to an experienced Planning Lawyer who is confident acting with minimal supervision, but you will still be well supported in your role. The client is ideally looking for someone who can attend the office twice per week and planning committees once per month. However, they can be flexible for the right candidate.

The Planning Lawyer will be required to take on a caseload of matters including, but not limited to:

  • Section 106s
  • Unilateral Undertaking (UU)
  • Tree Preservation Order (TPO)
  • Enquiries
