Job Description:
Interim Principal Property Lawyer - Local Authority
Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority in the South East of England who are looking for interim support in the property team!
The role:
Day-to-day: mainly a commercial property caseload, to include leases, licences, landlord & tenant work, with supervisory responsibilities
Contract length: 3-6 month initial contract, with a view to extend
Start date: within the next 4 weeks
Attendance: once per week attendance in office
Hours: open to part-time or full-time candidates (minimum 24 hours pw up to 37, dependent on preference)
You must be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or legal executive with experience, or at least knowledge of Local Authority processes to be considered for this position!
