Locum Commercial Lawyer – Part Time, Remote – 22 hours a week, 6 month Contract – Midlands
 
We’re working with a local authority in the Midlands who are looking for an experienced Locum Commercial Lawyer .
 
This is a fully remote role for a likely 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension depending on recruitment progress.
 
The Role:
 
Position: Locum Commercial Lawyer
Rate: £50 – £60 per hour umbrella
Duration: 6+ months with the possibility for extension
Location: Fully Remote with attendance on the first day to collect IT
Hours: Part Time, 22 hours a week  
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Drafting, reviewing, and advising on commercial contracts
• Negotiating and managing JCT construction contracts
• Handling grant agreements and advising on subsidy control
• Providing clear, practical guidance on local government law
