Principal Property Lawyer
Locum rolling contract
Full Time

Our client is looking for a Principal Property Lawyer with extensive experience working within Local Authority to join their friendly and hardworking team on a locum basis. This is a 3-month rolling contract that is predominantly remote working, though our client ideally wants the successful candidate to attend the office based in London twice per week.

The successful candidate must be UK qualified and have experience working at Principal Lawyer level or very experienced Senior in Local Government.

You will be required to:

  • Manage a team of junior lawyers
  • Lead on complex commercial and residential property transactions
  • Provide comments on committee/cabinet reports
  • Advise senior officers, head of legal and Operational Director of Legal
