Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior level Property Lawyer to undertake a varied commercial property role within a popular Greater Manchester local authority.

This assignment will be an initial 4 month contract, with the view to extend on a rolling basis. It is a full-time role, paid at a competitive rate dependent on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified property lawyer.



The successful Property Lawyer will become a valuable asset to a friendly team which predominantly focuses on matters related to Commercial Property. The role will involve dealing with:

  • Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Sales
  • Acquisitions
  • Academy leases

The ideal Commercial Property Lawyer will ideally have previous local authority or public sector experience, or outstanding knowledge of Commercial Property within private practice. They will be an enthusiastic team-player, who is hard-working, dynamic, and confident in managing their own caseload. We are looking to recruit someone to start as soon as possible.

The role is ofering hybrid working with one day per week/fortnight.
