Locum Junior Property Lawyer/Senior Paralegal | East of England | Fully Remote | £40–£50 per hour | 3 months (initially) | 37 hrs/week We’re working with a local authority in the
East of England who are looking for an experienced
Locum Property Lawyer to assist with a peak in workload while they recruit to a permanent post.
This is a
fully remote role for an initial
3-month contract, with the possibility of extension depending on recruitment progress.
Key responsibilities:- Handling Right to Buy sales and shared ownership staircasing (up-to-date experience is essential)
- Managing commercial property matters including:
- Purchases, sales, and surrenders for site assembly (including home loss payments)
- Assignments of commercial leases (acting for the landlord)
- Granting of wayleaves
Details:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 3 months (with a view to extension)
- Hours: 37 hours per week
- Rate: £40–£50 per hour (DOE)
- Fully remote
