Job Description: We have a fantastic opportunity to join a Local Authority in the North as a Locum Planning Solicitor. The client is happy to offer this role on a fully remote basis, but occasional travel is preferred. This assignment will last an initial three 

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing a general planning law caseload
• Section 106 agreements
• Planning enforcements
• General advice

Hourly Rate: £55ph Umbrella

Recent Planning law experience is essential as they need candidates that can hit the ground running. Experience within a Local Authority is also preferred.
