Childcare Lawyer

3 Month Contract (with potential to extend)

Rate: £50-£55 per hour

Location: South East

Working: Remote (aside from collection of IT equipment on the first day)

About the role:

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a locum Childcare Lawyer to join a large County Council based in the South East of England. The role is contracted at 3 months with the ability to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out care and pre-proceedings cases- including non-accidental injury, fabricated or induced illness, sexual harm, and wardship
• Advising at Legal Planning Meetings
• Attending Advocates Meetings
• Drafting relevant documents
• Liaising with the Social Work team and partner agencies to ensure compliance
