Job Description:

Locum Planning Solicitor – Remote Working – 6 months minimum

Vivid Resourcing are recruiting for a Locum Planning Solicitor to join a Local Authority in the South West

This assignment will be for an initial period of 6 months subject to likely possible extension thereafter. The ideal candidate would work full-time on a Remote working basis.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and will have a broad working understanding of contracts and procurement to deal with a varied caseload.

Duties may include:

  • Drafting and negotiating S106 agreements
  • Providing planning advice 
  • Supporting the principal solicitor 
  • No requirements to attend committees
