Locum Commercial Solicitor (PFI & Company) – Up to £60 per hour (umbrella) – 3+ months – Midlands
 
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with a Local Authority who are seeking a Locum Solicitor who is experienced in PFI and Company contracts.
 
Role Overview:
Position: Locum Commercial Solicitor (PFI & Company)
Location: Remote working with first day attendance
Contract Length: Initial 3 months with the possibility for extension
Rate: Up to £60 per hour (umbrella)
 
Key responsibilities:

• Advise and oversee Private Financial Incentive (PFI) contracts within the Local Authority
• Drafting and advising on a variety of commercial matters, varying in complexity
• Provide expert advice on procurement regulations and relevant policies

 
Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor
• Public Sector experience is essential
• Ability to work independently, providing expert legal advice
