Housing Litigation Lawyer - Midlands 

Vivid are working with a local authority in the Midlands who are looking to bring a Housing Litigation Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.

You will be given the opportunity to work mostly remotely, on an 6 month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

Key responsibilities of the Housing Litigation Lawyer:

• Dealing with possessions and injunctions (70% of caseload)

• Handling a caseload of Disrepair matters (30% of caseload)

• Liaising with client department
