Job Description:

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting on behalf of our public sector client who require an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their team on an interim basis.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of civil cases predominantly with the potential to pick up some criminal matters depending on experience.

The caseload may include matters in relation to the following:

  • Housing law including disrepair
  • Debt recovery
  • Insurance in relation to defended liability
  • Judicial review
  • Contractual disputes
  • Trading standards
  • Environmental health
  • Benefit fraud

This can be a remote working role with occasional court attendance when required.

This is fantastic opportunity to take on a fast-paced, varied role working on behalf of a number of public sector organisations.

Applicants are required to be a qualified Solicitor in England or Wales OR a member of the BAR, having completed pupillage.
