Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – Full Time – Fully Remote – Up to £60 per hour (Umbrella) – 6+ months – Midlands Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with an established
Local Authority who are seeking an experienced
Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join the team on a
full-time, remote working basis.
Key responsibilities:- To undertake a mixed caseload of Property matters
- Handle a variety of cases including, Acquisitions & Disposals, Long Lease & Transfers, Asset Management work and Lease Enfranchisement
- Drafting and negotiating property and commercial contracts, including overage agreements, option agreements, and grant funding
- Provide legal advice on Land and Property law, including Landlord and Tenant matters
- Work closely with Council departments, developers, and external stakeholders to progress key projects
Role Details:
- Position: Locum Commercial Property Lawyer
- Location: Fully Remote
- Contract Length: Initial 6 months with the likelihood of extension
- Rate: Up to £60 per hour (Umbrella)
