Private Client Lawyer
Locum Contract - Full time
£301.20 per day PAYE (£78,300.00 Annual Equivalent)

An exciting opportunity has come up for a UK-qualified Lawyer to join a Central Government team to provide high-quality services in an interesting arm 's-length Central Government body. The client is seeking a Private Client lawyer to be responsible for all aspects of case management and conduct litigated matters. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual with litigation experience to join them on a locum-contract basis.
Required skills of the Private Client Lawyer:
- Applicants must be qualified lawyers eligible to practice within England and Wales.
- Experience in private client work including the drafting of wills, deeds, settlements, administration of trusts and estates as well as knowledge of tax planning.
- Litigation experience is essential.
- Experience with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and practice and procedure in Court of Protection welfare work including the relevant court rules would be of assistance but is not essential.
- Knowledge of civil litigation practice and procedure would be helpful but is not essential.
